Texas Tech Sets Season Ticket Mark

Program surpasses 40,000 for second time


Texas Tech surpassed the previous school record of 40,430 season tickets sold with 41,080 sold to-date this year.

LUBBOCK, Texas - For the second time in program history, Texas Tech passed the 40,000 mark in season tickets sold as 41,080 have been purchased to date. The number, also a school record, eclipses the previous mark of 40,430 sold during the 2005 season.

Season tickets priced at $220 each still remain for the upcoming season in sections 117 and 121 on the east side of Jones AT&T Stadium. Remaining tickets available on the west side in sections 9, 102 and 108 can be purchased for $300.

Single-game tickets are currently on sale for all home games with the exception of Texas. The Texas game ticket can be purchased as a "Mini-Pack" for $135, which includes one general admission Texas ticket and one reserved seat to Eastern Washington, SMU or Massachusetts games. Less than 80 "Mini-Packs" remain.
